Why Climb with Us?

It’s easy, we have been sharing our passion through teaching climbing for over 20 years.  From the absolute novice to the veteran climber, we will provide a first class experience through a fun and informative experience.  Novices will learn how to use the ropes, including tying knots and practicing safe belaying skills.  Advanced climbers can focus on developing technique, be it honing their crack climbing skills, learning how to place and clean gear, move efficiently over multi-pitch terrain or developing leading skills.  Come climb with us and see how awesome it can be!

Partner Rescue

Having a partner fall and get injured is a serious issue and can be quickly compounded on long routes. Learn the key pieces to rescuing a fallen or injured climber and become a valuable climbing partner.  In addition, the tools you will learn to effect a safe rescue will follow you into all aspects of your climbing.

Learn to Lead

Learning to lead is a very personal experience.  We provide solid & professional mentorship by teaching the fundamental pieces, and help you start the process on the right foot.

Traditional Climbing Technique & Crack Climbing Skills

Climbing cracks and dealing with traditional gear is one of the main keys to moving efficiently in the mountains and climbing long routes.  We teach you the requisite techniques and take your new skills to some of the beautiful alpine rock routes in the area.

Rock Climbing Week - What would it look like?

Come climb with us for a week in any of the remarkable venues we offer.  Based on your needs, we will set up the logistics, recommend accommodations and enjoy great local food. Along the way, we will create an enjoyable progression for your climbing skills, get on some beautiful routes, and you will be amazed with the experiences had by the end of the week.

Areas

There is so much good rock climbing around the Alps, around Europe and indeed the world.  We have been climbing at world-class venues for more then 20 years, and would love to share the experience with you.  Check out some of the potential destinations here:

While most visitors focus on the alpine climbing around Chamonix (for good reason), there are excellent rock climbs around the valley that are easy to access and should not be missed.  We teach introductory climbing skills & partner rescue at Les Gaillands, how to climb multi-pitch routes in Vallorcine, and there are plenty of beautiful alpine rock routes to climb in the Aiguilles Rouges, around the Plan de l’Aiguille and over towards Switzerland.

Pricing starts at just €300 for a day of climbing.

One of the most beautiful rock climbing destinations in the Alps, the Dolomites are not to be missed by any experienced rock climbing aficionado.  We provide week-long climbing, terkking & via ferrata itineraries based around the beautiful Cortina D’Ampezzo, loaded with classic routes, up spectacular towers and summiting major peaks.  From easier 5.6 multi-pitch routes to 500 meter faces that go upwards of 5.11 and beyond, the Dolomites truly deliver.

August and September are the best months – Inquire for details.

The Gorges du Verdon and the Calanques are two of our favorite rock climbing destinations in France, and are perfect for trips in spring and autumn.  There are great cragging options and plenty of excellent multi-pitch climbs to be found.  Starting at €400/day, inquire for details of what a climbing trip to these areas can look like.

Interested in a cultural experience woven into your climbing trip?  Consider climbing with us in Jordan or Morocco.  The sandstone walls towering over the Wadi-Rum provide a lifetime of multi-pitch crack climbing, while the limestone walls in the Atlas Range of Morocco offer an endless amount of long face climbing routes.  A trip to either destination is not complete without a camel ride into the desert for a night under the stars and endless delicious cups of sweet mint tea.  Join us.

Climbing options in the US are endless, especially for traditional style multi-pitch routes and crack climbing.  Agendas we offer include climbing weeks on the desert sandstone towers in the Moab area which focus primarily on crack climbing technique, and near Las Vegas on the beautiful cliffs of the Red Rock Canyon Nat’l Conservation Area (aka Red Rocks).  Red Rocks is arguably home to more stunning multi-pitch rock routes at accessible grades then anywhere in the world; while the climbing is on sandstone, the rock is incredibly featured and offers excellent face climbing, and some nice crack climbing routes as well.
